- Milk thistle seeds, leaves, or dried flowers (use organic milk thistle for best results)

Recipe
- Crush milk thistle seeds lightly to release their beneficial compounds
- Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose seeds, leaves, or flower tea to a tea infuser or teapot
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the herbs
- Let the tea steep for 10–15 minutes for a mild brew or up to 20 minutes for stronger potency
- Strain the tea using a fine mesh strainer if loose herbs were used
- Add a splash of milk or a spoon of honey if desired
